Switch to Timeline in the trace viewer to see when each step starts and how long it takes. Spans share a time axis, making it easier to spot overlapping work and the calls holding up a run.
Click a bar to open that span’s details in the trace tree. The two views share selection and collapse state, so you can move between timing and detail without losing your place.
